Hearing Care Anywhere is a cloud-based system that allows hearing aid patients to request adjustments and apply changes to their hearing aids without ever having to leave the comfort of their home.
The challenge of this project was to find a way to facilitate the cloud connection and handle requests from the Thrive mobile app to the Inspire desktop fitting software.
The system I designed includes a request interface in the Thrive app that helps patients narrow down their problem. The patient request details arrive in the dashboard, which also interfaces with the hearing professional’s patient database and Inspire fitting software. The professional can then make the needed adjustments and send them back to the patient.
I led the UI design and graphic production and worked with product management to shape the user experience for the hearing professional and the patient.
