Automated Banker was developed as part of a 6 week design sprint focused on finding
new solutions that would appeal to an emerging segment. Through user interviews,
the team discovered that many of the subjects we spoke to were crunched for
time. Young families and busy careers made tending to financial lives feel like a chore.
Automated Banker went through several iterations to zero-in on the right balance of
“do it for me” and “do it with me”. Initial concepts included a landing page
and key app screens. These early prototypes were shown to users to gather feedback and
refine messaging for the final presentation made to CDO executive leadership.
